We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service amount.

We cannot accommodate late arrivals, as each service is scheduled with the appropriate amount of time to ensure the best possible experience for every client. Arriving late may limit the time available for your service and may impact scheduled appointments for other clients. For this reason, appointments will be canceled and rescheduled if a client arrives 15 minutes late or more. Clients arriving late will still be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service cost, regardless of the remaining appointment time. No-call, no-show appointments will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Due to liability concerns and the nature of our services, we do not allow guests to accompany you during your service. Children, family, friends, and pets may be a safety hazard. Please arrange for appropriate childcare.

Deposits are non refundable, deposits on full sets may be transferred to a later date if given 48 hour notice.
Terms & Conditions
Before your appointment…
Avoid wearing waterproof mascara or mascara 24 hours before your appointment.
Arrive with freshly washed face and lashes. Any left over eye makeup will negatively effect your retention. We have cleanser if needed.
If possible, avoid any under eye makeup or moisturizers around or under the eye. It can make applying tape and under eye pads more difficult.
Avoid consuming caffeine at least 1 hour before your appointment. Caffeine consumption can cause eyelids to flutter making it very difficult to apply the extensions.
Use the restroom. You will be laying down for about 2-3 hours.
Please let your lash artist know of any known allergies.
Keep talking to a minimum, as much as we love chatting with our clients. The more we talk the harder it is to create the customized lash design we have created for you!
